Section D – Romanian and Bulgarian nationals

Due to the different immigration legislation applying to nationals from Romania and Bulgaria, we will require different documentation. Before you are offered employment we will need to see a passport or national identity card showing that you, or your parent, are a national of Romania or Bulgaria.

Once you are offered employment, we will need to apply for a work permit for you BEFORE you start. Once you are employed you will need to apply for an Accession Workers Card.

To complete this form we will need the following three documents:

• A passport or national identity card showing that you, or your parent, are a national of Romania or Bulgaria.
• The Work Permit that The Company will already have been issued
• Workers Registration Certificate or Accession Workers Card Application

If you are a student, you will not need a work permit, but you will need to provide a national identity document or a passport to prove that you are Romanian or Bulgarian, and proof of their educational course. You will also need a Worker’s Registration Certificate.
