Section C – National of A8 Countries

A8 Countries are Latvia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary and Poland.

Due to the different immigration legislation applying to nationals from the A8 countries, we will require different documentation. Firstly we need ONE of the following documents:

• A passport or other travel document endorsed to show you are able to stay in the United Kingdom and can take the work permit employment in question.

• A letter issued by the Home Office to the holder confirming that you are able to stay in the United Kingdom and can take the work permit employment in question.

Once you have been offered a position with the company and have started work, we will, need one of the following

• A document issued by Work Permits UK
• A completed Workers Registration Application form
• Documents proving you have been employed in the UK continuously for the previous 12 month

If you registration certificate is sent to you, we will need a copy of this for our files.
