- Identify needs.
- Structure a working plan to meet company objectives.
- Regular informal meetings for continuity of service.
- Establish absolute requirement ie. Lower grades
or management. (Psychometric testing if required.)
- Receive or design mutually, job descriptions and
person specifications.
- Agree method of advertising, search and select.
- Conduct interviews and psychometric testing (if
required) and compile a short list.
- For Executive and Senior Management recruitment
Armstrong Appointments to meet client company to go
through profiles prior to arranging short list interviews.
- Short listed candidates from Executive to Office
Support will, at a specified date, be preferably interviewed
during one day by Human Resource Department or management
team. All candidates will be fully informed of company
requirement.
- Other than offer of employment letter, all communication
with candidates will be Armstrong Appointments responsibility.
