Step by Step Guide for Employers

  • Identify needs.
  • Structure a working plan to meet company objectives.
  • Regular informal meetings for continuity of service.
  • Establish absolute requirement ie. Lower grades or management. (Psychometric testing if required.)
  • Receive or design mutually, job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Agree method of advertising, search and select.
  • Conduct interviews and psychometric testing (if required) and compile a short list.
  • For Executive and Senior Management recruitment Armstrong Appointments to meet client company to go through profiles prior to arranging short list interviews.
  • Short listed candidates from Executive to Office Support will, at a specified date, be preferably interviewed during one day by Human Resource Department or management team. All candidates will be fully informed of company requirement.
  • Other than offer of employment letter, all communication with candidates will be Armstrong Appointments responsibility.
